WSET® Level 1 Award in Wines (formerly Foundation Certificate in Wines)

Daytime and Evening Course Programmes - Leeds, York, Chesterfield and beyond!!

A great fun course for new or inexperienced hospitality or retail employees wishing to learn the basic product knowledge and skills in the service and sale of wine.

Typically run in 1 day, it’s also perfect groundwork for the wine enthusiast who wishes to delve further into the world of wine as it gives an easy introduction to wine styles, storing and serving of wine and food and wine matching.

Ideal too if you’re looking for something a bit more imaginative and different for Team Building sessions or perhaps more informative entertainment for clients.  Our tutors can create a programme around your needs.

As always, our Tutors liaise with the chefs so that lunch is freshly prepared and complements the wines being tasted during the training session.  A pleasing way to master and develop food and wine matching!
